We don’t offer exchanges for any international orders.Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our stores within 30 days of purchase, given that the customer has proof of purchase with either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.Order containing formal outfits and loose fabric cannot be exchanged.In case of home article return, it should be in Fineartss’s original home packing.These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Fineartss has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
